Where are you originally from? What is your major and expected graduation year?
I am from Artesia, New Mexico. I am majoring in Psychology and plan to graduate in May 2020.
What do you plan on doing after graduation?
I plan to move to Oklahoma and hopefully find a job working with children.
Why did you choose to intern at BBBS Lubbock?
I really love what they do for the community and the children. I also appreciate that they are helping the youth by guiding them to a positive direction and future.
What are you hoping to learn while interning at BBBS?
I hope to learn everything that goes into writing an assessment and really understanding the whole process of connecting a Little and a Big.

Who is your role model?
My mom because she works so hard and is dedicated! She always reminds me to work my hardest in life and especially school.
